Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Orders are typically processed and sent within three working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is required by a certain date, please contact us so we can ensure we meet your delivery timeframe. Urgent orders can usually be prioritised.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


If you’ve had a problem with our products, get in touch. We prefer to deal with any problems on a case by case basis. Our team will work with you to rectify any issue.

Lost in the Mail

Whilst every care is taken when sending items, occasionally post does go missing. In most cases, the post is delayed or being held and we can help you track it down. If you are concerned, please call or email and we will help you track your item. In the event that the package going missing due to the postal service, we usually re-send the order at our expense.

Items not as purchased

Have we made a mistake? Occasionally we do make the odd mistake. Please get in touch and we will fix it ASAP.

Adhesion issues

Although all our materials are high quality materials, sometimes adhesion issues can occur. Typically adhesion issues are due to a problem with the surface such as roughness or paints with non stick properties. If you’ve had an adhesion problem, get in touch and we may be able to find a solution or issue a refund if the sticker was applied in accordance with our guidelines.


We currently do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.
